Samara's recruitment mission seemed really short comparatively speaking to everyone else. I only know this because I've also been recording my playthrough, but everyone was about 50 minutes to over an hour long to complete, while Samara's only took 40 minutes. Granted it is a bit easier, especially if you can take out the gunship right away(which I did with the nuke gun and couple shots from the shotgun).

Jacob's loyalty mission was also insanely quick. Don't get me wrong, I love that they are a bit shorter. I don't need every mission to be over an hour long so it's nice to get these 'smaller' ones out of the way. Also, I like Jacob. I think his biggest detriment is that he is...normal, and in context of the game a human. Most humans in the game are kind of lame outside of Shepard and Anderson. Jacob is a good dude, and his loyalty mission involving his corrupt dad is interesting. Lots of different ways to brainwash people in this galaxy.
