A few years later, the apartment dropped the fee to $400. I asked if I could get a refund for the difference and was told no. That's kind of like asking a sale to honor a price after you bought something the other month. Not really a question of legality at all. In general, everything you don't like doesn't have to be illegal. Muscles posted...
