PK_Spam 06/29/22 9:58:40 AM #26: | 3 days on, 1 day off for a few months now Generally run a 9 minute mile then cool down with a 10 minute walk, then lift weights for about an hour before cooling down with one more walk on a treadmill I also walk around my town once a day. Usually lasts from 30 mins to an hour, sometimes more depending on where I go --- "You're not a good person, you'll never be one, you'll never even convince anyone to mistakenly believe you to be one." -HCE to me ...
