I try not to But I have to for my PT test I most run since thats what I need to work on for the test. The push-ups and sit-ups are pretty easy Or easy enough

I go on walks almost daily and do a bit of weight lifting.

Its not nearly enough but its something at least.

Man, I wish I could do like good, hard workouts

some light weights
used to go to spin class pre pandemic a lot
one of these days I'd like to get into rock climbing (just gyms) but I need to lift more weights first, I don't do enough there

About 3-4x per week. Was up to 5-6x, but this job is sucking the life from me in a bad way.

There was a weight lifting topic too, but that went the way of the Dodo as well.

Cycling and physio exercises after my knee dislocated a couple months ago.

I like to get some hiking in here and there but it's certainly not frequent.

3 days on, 1 day off for a few months now

Generally run a 9 minute mile then cool down with a 10 minute walk, then lift weights for about an hour before cooling down with one more walk on a treadmill

I also walk around my town once a day. Usually lasts from 30 mins to an hour, sometimes more depending on where I go

Just for the sake of exercise; no. But I get plenty of exercise at my job (cycling to work areas, climbing stairs/ladders, plenty of walking - all while wearing a heavy pack).

That is our puggle. She is a fat little thing and after she gets the least bit tired she rolls on her back in the grass and eventually refuses to walk. She is like 12 though so I don't mind too much when I have to carry her fat ass home.

I don't. I've been strongly considering doing some minor strength training. I've already lost 35 pounds due to stress, anxiety and depression. But with that weight off I am now seeing just how skinny my arms and legs really are.

Weightlift 181 kg in benching. Took about 5 years to get the parts together with the unavailablity due to location or God forbid, the epidem in the way. Wanted to max out my masculinity to help out than be sitting around is all. But glad I can inspire others to train too because they can too!
