| Super-Mario-Fan 06/26/22 9:20:03 AM #17: | Nintendo kinda saw this coming from a mile away and decided to delay the foray into HD development by a whole generation by releasing the Wii. When they did Start doing HD development with Splatoon for the Wii U, they decided to use the drip feed model as a test run to see if the games they release will sell well, and if they do, they'll support them longer.
