Yes. The second amendment does not grant you the right to bear arms. It says the government has no authority to infringe on that right. So any ban on any arms is unconstitutional. To place any infringement on an armament would require a constitutional amendment.

Why do you think the government has a right to restrict my rights and brand me a child molester and murder enthusiast?
