Yes. The second amendment does not grant you the right to bear arms. It says the government has no authority to infringe on that right. So any ban on any arms is unconstitutional. To place any infringement on an armament would require a constitutional amendment.

As hysterical as you are, I'd still recommend you exercise your second amendment rights to arm yourself. Feel free to spend all your time rocking in your closet holding a weapon, as is your right in this blessed land.
So, in your opinion, the government has been infringing on the 2nd Amendment basically the entire history of the country?

Why do you think the government has a right to restrict my rights and brand me a child molester and murder enthusiast? God can shove his fucking blessing up his ass if he can't protect me from a fascist government. It's not fair that my life is gonna be cut short by a supposedly freedom loving party. I really don't understand why they can't move to some third-world shithole and let us live free.
