Bulbasaur 54-48 Espeon

Props to Espeon, it attempted a major comeback and got within two votes of Bulbasaur near the end of page 2. But it turns out Bulba was one gen 1 giant too many for Espeon to take down, and it must settle for finishing in the Elite Four. One heck of a run considering how close it was to being eliminated in round 1!
