You have something called the eternal ferrystone in your storage after reaching Gran Soren, with that you can fast travel to Gran Soren, Cassardis, or Bitterblack Isle after youve been there. Also there are things called Portcrystals that let you place (and pickup) fast travel points. There arent many, but you dont actually need that many tbh. --- Phantom Dust.
