If you have enough saved to guarantee getting her (300 pulls for the spark would cost 45k gems, minus 150 for each ticket you have) then I would say pull for Summer Saren. She won't get a re-run for another year, and she really is that good and that game-changing. However, if you don't have enough to guarantee the spark, then I would say to keep saving. Pri-Fests are more common, and you can sometimes pull multiple really good limited characters from a single Pri-Fest banner thanks to the rate-up. Generally, you really don't want to pull in this game unless you have enough for a spark to guarantee getting the character.
