Masticate isn't a word you choose...it's a word you justify for. I'd be curious what word he'd have used for the other 25 letters. This is a really interesting theory, actually. Masticate doesn't quite fit the double meaning they're going for here. Something like "Ingest" or "Consume" would go a bit better since no one ever says "he masticated some bath salts". On the other hand, I feel like you could maybe say the same thing for any of the shorts? Like, not as bad as this one but it is pretty easy to get a word to fit any letter. I'll try it for one and see how many I can come up with in like five minutes (see how long it takes you to guess which one it is!)
