I can sort of see those two roles working together in the sense that a player that can't be targeted would make hider more vulnerable to being killed. It would also cause some confusion. Hypothetically, say Lea never claimed. Plum says he's going to hide behind Lea. Next day Plum ends up dead. Lea ends up looking like scum without actually being scum.
