Especially not after Ulti died, unless someone actually believes the serial killer targeted Lea without knowing she was Bulletproof. Even then, Mzero was still alive after Lea died, so how could a serial killer kill have been prevented? So just to address Hb's last words, we've gotta be dealing with a scum guy here, right? A third party that didn't kill before but can kill now doesn't make much sense.
