Amber was the one with meticulous documentation of staged photos and made up stories that she tried to fit conveniently in timelines where she claimed there were no witnesses. And she LIED. Johnny just reacted in kind based on photos that existed through paparazzi. Amber lost because she had bad facts, not bad lawyers. Even if there was no Elaine, they still would have had a hard time winning. Depp's team was great, absolutely. But to act like it wasn't an uphill climb to get to this verdict is nonsense given how hard defamation cases are to prove. --- I stream sometimes.
