If I were on vacation when I tested positive, I wouldnt change plans but would wear a mask when it's time to leave

That wouldn't happen, once you check out your room thoroughly gets cleaned
I'm sure the cruise line would have me tested before boarding, if I'm positive I'm sure they wouldnt let me aboard. If I were in another country (depending on their current Covid strictness) and tested positive I'd follow their guidelines, if none are in place I wouldnt worry about it
