| ultimate reaver 05/26/22 4:42:38 PM #38: | I read The Eye of the World years ago and recently picked it back up and have started going through the series again. I am currently on book 3. So there is no nostalgia shading my words when I say pretty much everything they changed ranges from pointless to actively detrimental to the series. I got up to episode 3 and dropped it because I was bored and annoyed. I did watch a summary of the back half and it sounds like it got a lot worse by the end --- I pray god will curse the writer, as the writer has cursed the world with this beautiful, stupendous creation, terrible in its simplicity, irresistible in truth ...
