I use Bolt pretty sparingly, but it does make its way in there from time to time. Even with Riki tanking (Melia/Riki/Sharla to take advantage of ether attacks being less affected by level differences), I find I can often get one or two in there and there without pulling aggro for longer than Reflect lasts. Granted, I still don't have a Back Attack gem doubling all the damage I do, but I also don't have a rank VI Aggro Up gem for Riki, so there's room for improvement on both fronts.
