My best guess is that you may have developed some manner of IBD, then separately from that, your sense of smell has come back with a particular sensitivity to your own colonic musk. The former, you can potentially get treated by a doctor, most likely with some dietary changes (other than starving yourself). The latter, unfortunately, you're just going to have to get used to, though the farting and smelly poops will be helped by treating your IBD (or whatever the issue is).
