This means every character gets XP each time. if you're using each character's trait properly (assuming you build them right) you won't need to do that for every random battles. everyone will get their share of monsters they specialise in. Tidus for swift enemies, wakka for fliers, kimahri for hard shelled, etc. --- You have the right to remain silent.
