Also you'll only be able to transfer Zacian into Scarlet / Violet if it is present in the game data(Updates expand on transferable Pokemon) and the game allows you to transfer it into it via Home. Lastly, you cannot tranfer held items to other Pokemon games by having a transferable Pokemon hold it.
