Topic	911 operator hung up on someone calling for help in Buffalo .

Instead of asking what the emergency was he scolded her for swearing in a tense situation. Then they argued and he hung up on her That sounds familiar. She called again and again with same results. Didn't she get arrested for "misuse" of 911? --- Not changing this signature until I think of a better one.
