| YoukaiSlayer 05/15/22 2:11:37 PM #433: | Wow, cuckoos pleasantly surprised me. I was really about to drop it after episode 2 and 3 wasn't much better, but this one was a lot better. Main guy actually talked and was even downright assertive, the girl main guy likes is actually really endearing and I don't feel like we see the super competitive archetype play out this way often. We also got to see main girl show an interest in being slightly less of a spoiled brat. It's not to say that the show is amazing or anything, it just seemed really crappy with occasionally great art and now has moved up to not so bad. Everything else is good. I still have summertime render and love is war to watch. This is one of the better overall seasons of anime even if there aren't a ton of new standouts. I'm actually watching 15 currently airing shows, I don't think I've ever had that many to watch. --- I'm ninja (you can't see me) ... Copied to Clipboard! |
