My interpretation was it was a draft writeup of a decision that they would use if the vote goes the way of overturning Roe v Wade, but when is that vote supposed to take place, and why would the outrage be there for what I would assume to be a standard process (preparing a draft writeup for either result)? They have a preliminary vote before the draft opinions are written.
