Because of that she spent a lot of time by herself as a shut in introvert and managed to become incredibly intelligent from exploring the internet and studying tech, albeit very challenged when it comes to her physical development and real world experience so you help her experience and learn new things and grow as a person and she also becomes dependent on you for comfort and protection. Basically Futaba is like a genius, nerdy, gamer otaku step sister / step daughter who you can eventually get with if your really want to because you actually like her or if you really want to annoy Sojiro and she is like the dream girl for guys who want to dom a underdeveloped, dependent gamer otaku girl cliche.
