He's buff AF but uses guns so it looks odd to me and then it looks awkward waving his guns around and they don't look like they're doing much damage. I know they're non-lethal rounds but it just looks too silly. The magical jumping also looked goofy so I guess it goes with the rest of the goofiness. Yeah Red Hood looked so much better in the original reveal. Hes way too hulked out, and it looked silly to see such a big dude brandishing two whimpy pistols.
