Maybe, but that's still not a good thing unless you want Republicans to win more elections. People who hate both options will just not vote rather than settle for the lesser of two evils. And as long as Biden is president, he might as well be the whole party as far as voters are concerned.

Hell, the likely alternatives on his side aren't moving the needle either. It'll be tough to sell progressives on Kamala or Pete, and idk who else will run.

I mean these posts really lay it out. Biden isn't literally the entire party but he de-facto is because the two major alternatives are tied to his administration now anyways. They're all basically variants of the dominant centrist faction.

I don't think young voters are gonna really be recaptured by that unless Biden takes action. They need a politician who can either genuinely do the Obama outreach or at least convincingly lie and not be an obvious robot built to reproduce it.
