The seal's incant scaling? All of those things? Whatever the Incantation Scaling number or whatever it's called says on the Seal itself. Some of them scale with Faith or different/more stats, and some Seals have specific buffs to the schools of their spells. The Dragon Communion Seal will boost Dragon Communion(not to be confused with Dragon Cult) spells by 15% for example. There's also some weird stuff like how the Clawmark Seal's Strength scaling stops working on weapon buff spells.
