This one in particular stands out to me, because aquatic horror was a pretty notable trend within the genre during the 2010s, at least from my perspective. Granted, many of the most notable such movies were pretty overtly horror comedies or not really horror at all, which I'd guess probably has something to do with its omission. Yeah it was, and the "shark movie" in particular has been a mainstay of horror cinema since at least Jaws came out. I guess I just couldn't find a spot for it unfortunately. The other big ones I considered were Sharknado, The Meg, and 47 Meters Down. --- I've decided to put my fears behind me. I'm not going back. https://www.instagram.com/horror_obscurities/ ...
