Ask for a meeting with him, explain calmly why this was unfair and that just because the class did well is no reason to assume the class was cheating. Have a suggestion: just don't count the last test, or curve the test since no one made a C. Make it the least amount of work for him (asking for a redo is asking him to do more work).

Anyway when that goes poorly, tell him you will contact the head of his department (Biology).

Then find out who is the head of his department, and send them an email asking for a meeting, saying you had a meeting with your professor and that the results were not okay. You'll probably get a meeting and can explain the situation to them. Dress nicely and be calm for your meetings.

If you teacher IS the head of the Biology department, then you should find the Dean in charge of that department. Don't get a Dean involved otherwise.
