but Luffy doesn't turn into rubber, he is always rubber. He doesnt activate it and he hasnt shown to be able to turn it off. Its always worked more like a Logia than a paramecia or zoan. I'm just curious if there will be a good explanation or if it will just be act differently for no reason like Chopper's.
Logias aren't always their element either, it's just that most of the ones we've seen so far have trained themselves to reflexively turn into their element on impact.
