Like if your team can clear all current content I wouldn't because you need to save up to stay on top of power creep. If you're playing from behind though it's kinda hard for 10 rop draws to be worse than a 1/11 (which you get fairly often on banner draws) --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! ...
