Topic	Getting a lot of recognition at my new job

Yes, tech recruiter for a mid sized tech company [LFAQs-redacted-quote] I think I just have a lot of industry experience. Their recruiting team has historically been more junior and dont know how to challenge hiring managers on things, or they just say yes to everything even if its a bad call. Im able to push back on a lot and get them to agree with me. And Im very good at understanding job requirements and finding exactly what they need because I understand tech speak more than most.
