Sure, that'd be different. If you called it Cobra Kai General #50 and then made a generic "best character" poll with nothing in the body but a stock logo... and then bumped it two months after the last post was made... No, it wouldn't be any different. The discussion should sustain itself. If you're bumping it days, weeks, even months after the previous post, then there's clearly not enough active interest to keep the topic going. --- I write Naruto Fanfiction.
