Sure. It looks like a very blatant case of excessive force. Rightly fired and, probably, rightly charged.

Charging him with murder would be a harder sell though, because she was only a few weeks pregnant and not showing yet. I couldn't hear her say anything about being pregnant, but i could have missed it. He'd have no way to know she was pregnant, so intent would be hard to prove.

Proving causation would probably depend on how long after she miscarried.
