Maybe. It would probably depend on how long after the incident she miscarried. If it was, say, a month later, then they'd probably not be able to prove he caused it. Compared to, say, if she miscarried the next morning.

After looking around a bit, I can't find any sources that state when she lost the baby. Best I can find is Forbes, which reports that "she wouldn't have the child, but didn't lose it as result of the tasing."
