Proto_Spark 02/01/22 5:53:36 PM #6:	I think part of the plan by Microsoft/Sony is also to basically try to scare off the really big tech companies, like Amazon (who has an interest in getting into gaming since they own Twitch) and Google (who have also already tried to get into gaming with the Stadia), and Facebook was supposedly looking into buying Activision before Microsoft did. Microsoft and Sony need to show the other giants looking in that they can keep up with the big boys (to keep the big boys out) rather than beating each other. <cite>Proto_Spark posted [p:962280873] in People con...
