Finished gearing Azusa (obviously very high investment but totally worth it long-run) and used Karin for the group ATK buff, raised Shiroko's levels. Now the weak group can drop it to 17 HP bars in phase 1, then group two finishes it off with a good amount of extra time, making this strategy safe. I don't think I need to explain where the majority of the damage came from.
