There's absolutely no reason why a kind-hearted and charitable person who raised a good family and helped out their friends and community throughout their life should be condemned to Hell just because they weren't Christian. Meanwhile, a complete sociopath who constantly screwed over every person they came across throughout their life could decide to repent for their actions at the very end of their life, and they would have more of a right to get into Heaven than the above person. Faith-based salvation will never sit right with me. Thats the hand weve been dealt as sinners.
