| Seanchan 01/24/22 2:55:49 PM #157: | It's more like, the bridges, as built, allow for 5 ton vehicles. Decades go by with no repairs/improvements. Someone finally does an inspection and goes "this thing is half rusted through and there's huge gaps between the slabs". So they have to lower the max capacity vehicles to 2 tons to avoid a catastrophic collapse, meaning in essence no trucks.
