And as a result of the failure of this overhaul... he's claiming that the election may be illegitimate... despite this being the system that was in place when he got elected since this overhaul (which was rejected) didn't exist yet. So the system that Biden got elected under is illegitimate by his own logic? It is illegitimate. Republicans are doing everything they can to lie, cheat and steal the election.
