Won it with the Harpie deck I built, because I got lucky and ran into a Harpie secret booster and knew how to build a Harpie deck. Yep! You can either luck into a theme's secret booster or craft an SR or UR of that theme (check to see what pack it's obtainable from) and it'll force that secret pack to come out.
