But if i'm forced to throw something together in front of people I get nervous about it. The class just made me more relaxed in front of crowds so I could screw up, laugh it off with everyone, and move on. I led a lot of Boy Scout Court of Honor ceremonies in churches around that time. I'd just stand up there winging it, cracking jokes, and taking the piss out of the whole thing.
