And then Strange referred to the same multiverse in NWH referring to something else. As I said, at the end, we only have Ego's word on this. Especially since he's not a Celestial in the comics. Even then, we were shown Celestials were full body giants all the way back in GotG 1 with the head and Eson the Searcher. Again, Ego may have discovered a Celestrial fetus and absorbed it.
