Topic	Lovecraft was pretty racist, yeah?

I feel like a lot of his works are a direct result of his racism and general mental state. IIRC he was a barely functional shut-in that at one point relied on receiving money from his ex-wife just to pay the rent. Even if you try to separate the racist themes from his works, at best you've got these weird, anxious fantasies created by someone deathly afraid of anything outside his safe little bubble, or that he doesn't immediately understand.
