There are loads of examples of laws and rules from the past being applied to modern issues that could never have been predicted (1st Amendment protecting speech online, for example), so claiming that the 1970 OSHA law is null in this case is a load. But this is to be expected of a conservative court that never pretends to be logically consistent.
