One of her best weapons is completely F2P, her artifact set (Emblem) is amazing and you'll be farming the hell out of it for multiple characters anyways. Brings burst AOE and energy gain. Her flaw is that she takes time away from the main DPS but you can throw her on any team where the main DPS has some downtime. I think she's specifically great with Eula so I would recommend going for her. I've been making do with Diona for shields and I think Thoma is viable too, though obviously Zhongli is very good I think he has better F2P subs. He is more general and Raiden is kind of a specific role. swordz9 posted... Supposedly shields are gonna be getting clobbered soon from what I saw the Genshin board saying.
