I'm unsure if any of them are. He was called Larry King in Iron Man 2, but didn't have a speaking line. I think the same in Iron Man 1 with Hugh Heffner. There's a chance in one of these appearances as a janitor or whatnot that he had a nametag - in that situation, it might fulfill the criteria, but I think in most cameos, he's credited as himself and not a named character, or (un)credited as his job.
