the only thing to say though is that dancer does suffer the most from bad gear - Skill speed is actually worthless for us, it makes standard step come off cooldown too late, so you just have to wait half a second to use it, which negates the advantage of the speed in the first place.

So now that we can construct a gearset without skillspeed, our damage may go up slightly. Not sure that's anywhere near enough to close the gap, but I think Dancer also gets high benefit from crit numbers being higher, which gear also helps with. i don't quite know why, i've just heard dancer always increases as an expansion goes on since more crit breakpoints are hit.
