Basically at 90 you got an ability that, every time you used Raiton, it gave you a new ability you have to use immediately after that you used twice (the proc is lost if you didn't use it).

It was very strong but kind of clunky to use, because both parts of it are gap closers and since you have to use them immediately it can force you into weird situations where you want to use it but can't, or don't want to use it but can.

What they did is split them into two abilities (which still combo off Raiton), one is a gap closer that is weaker, and the other is just a strong attack now. So you basically pick one or the other based on if you need a gap closer or not (its kind of like a reverse Red Mage backflip situation).

Because it's now two abilities, they put the Bunshin finisher, Hosho Ranryu, on the Bunshin button itself instead of being a separate button so as not to bloat hotbars more (honestly probably what it should have been to begin with anyway).
