Its also one of five abilities confirmed to return in Forgotten Land, the others being Sword, Fire, Ice, and Needle. If you consider Canvas Curse a spin-off, then that means Cutter has appeared in every main series game. So while theres no copy ability that has appeared in every game with abilities ever, Cutter has accomplished something that Sword and Beam have not. Impressive stuff. This ability is basic, even today. Kirby launches sharp boomerangs. As the name suggests, these can cut ropes. In modern titles, you can change the direction of the projectile mid-flight. (Cutter had a good run, but since weve only got so many abilities left, I guess it was bound to go eventually. Also, we started with 5 C abilities, and now we only have one; Cleaning!
