Zeus 01/01/22 7:11:46 AM #34: | It's going to take me a while to get through that list, although Lovecraft's Untold Stories jumps out at me between the Lovecraftian elements, the SNES Shadowrun-reminiscent graphics (although that was more 2.5 isometric or whatever?), and the concept (plus I love the blood fountain... but I'm trying to think what it's actually referencing and I'm drawing a blank). (Tesla vs Lovecraft is also of interest given I'm a sucker for anything Lovecraft (hence why I have 2-3 different Pop! Cthulhus... and I think I have DST's coin bank statue somehow), but Untold Stories has more interesting gameplay.) The Gianna Sisters games are also interesting since they're 2D Mario-esque platformers. However, I'll want to look through things more closely before making a decision. There are a lot of intriguing titles, although some -- like Iris and Giant -- look cool, but seem to have a learning curve and... honestly, gaming learning curves are just a colossal turnoff for me these days. Rather than spending time learning mechanics, I'd rather just play something. Which is why I've gravitated more and more to things like platformers over the years. shadowsword87 posted... Holy crap this is a lot, I'd like to request cultist simulator. Goddamn, that's cool. Shrapnel110 posted... Damn that's a lot...I'll have to go for GRIME. Hadn't heard of Grime, but that looks pretty awesome. --- (\/)(\/)|-| There are precious few at ease / With moral ambiguities / So we act as though they don't exist. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
